Honourable Boss-Lady

Empowered women empower women, that’s how it works!

We love this pic of Executive Director Jen (known affectionately in our Bangladesh project as “honorable boss-lady”) and Project Manager Nahida as their relationship embodies this principle so poignantly.

Throughout this project, Jen (and Deb, and other volunteers) have had the privilege of journeying with Nahida, and she is now leading the project brilliantly. Nahida cares, serves, and loves her teachers and staff, supporting them as they teach and empower new groups of students. 

Nahida also holds an exciting dream for the next stage of the Bangladesh project - we love her passion and look forward to seeing the vision grow.
